After working with many customers over the past couple of years with theme customization, graphic requests, and or WordPress training, one thing I’ve come to realize (which I probably should have realized when visiting other sites that offer theme customization)- is that no two people EVER want the exact same thing.

So, that being said- we’re changing the way we do things here at ‘The WordPress Chick’ (the we refers to my fabulous support team).
